Life Coaching is designed to have a profound impact on the individual. Often life changing and long lasting, it may lead you to make changes in your life and build and sustain mental fitness. This could be creating a new structure in your life, finding a new job, a change in career, expanding your business, relationship challenges, dealing with parenting issues, grief, anxiety, stress, disability, self confidence, IVF, weight, exercise, lifestyle, life transitions, intercultural belonging, general feelings of being low or other specific goals.
We work collaboratively with you to explore options and create a way forward that is realistic, purposeful and achievable. The focus is entirely on you and ways to transform your life. This may involve challenging subconscious limiting beliefs, increasing self-awareness, targeting specific actions, and setting goals and deadlines.
We are a team of coaches with years of combined experience in many different areas. We can offer 1:1 coaching, couples coaching, workshops and group coaching. Coaching deepens self-awareness thereby creating new possibilities and solutions.
Coaching can be in the form of single sessions or as a package. You will find more detail at the end of each coach’s page or the Group Coaching page.
All our coaches are qualified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have professional liability insurance in place. Whilst coaching is not a substitute for therapy, it can run along side, and compliment them.
